Videography is a method of presenting real estate in all its features appealingly and dynamically. It shows the layout of spaces, materials and other architectural and design elements, including exteriors, interiors, details and time-lapse shots. This service is becoming increasingly popular and helps the property stand out visually.
Resort + Hotel Photography & Videography
I try to keep things as straightforward as possible while highlighting the brand and the quality standards it represents. To capture the spirit and character of the locations to be photographed, I focus on their key aspects to create an image in which the guest’s experience speaks for itself. The production planning is adjustable to the individual demands of each hotelier, which is why I always prefer to work on a shared schedule before the day of the shoot.

Work Process
How I do it
I start each new project by meeting with the interested parties (architect, developer, interior designer, hotelier, etc.). I do this to gain an in-depth understanding of the structure, the layout, the peculiarities of the building, and also of the client’s specific interests. Also, to choose the optimal strategy and technique to complete the task while keeping in mind how the natural light penetrates the spaces and how the topography and surroundings influence the architecture.
After gathering all of the essential information to carry out the task efficiently, I set a time frame for completing the assignment and finishing the photo and/or audiovisual editing.
I customise formats for business portfolios, websites, specialised magazines, and social networks in both video and photo to meet the needs of each client.
I also collaborate regularly with skilled interior designers on whom I can always rely if the job calls for it.
To create high-quality photographs, I use professional and high-resolution equipment. I often include additional information with the images to assist the viewer in better comprehending the locations. As a consequence, the effectiveness of social media postings will increase.
As a certified drone operator, aerial photography and filmmaking allow me to offer a distinct perspective to the assignments and obtain different angles, resulting in appealing and high-quality results.
To get the most out of my photos while retaining their naturalness and authenticity, I employ the most up-to-date image processing software available on the market.
